Rainbow Health Center has leasing opportunities for professionals** who wish to join a collaboration of solo practices.
Professionals** at Rainbow Health center provide access to high-quality, informed care for gay, straight, bisexual, queer, questioning, cisgender, transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming, adults and youth regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, immigration, religion, or socio-economic status.
Easy Terms: Full-time offices are $600/month or $620/month if you decide to share with another. Lease is initially a 3 month trial and then extended for one year. See Sublets for individual pricing. See Community Room for individual pricing and discounts for non-profit!

Suite 102 – is a medical office available Tuesdays, and Friday – Sunday.
Suite 103 – is no longer available.
Suite 104 – is a cozy ground level mobility accessible office.
Suite 202 – is a 2nd floor space with high ceilings and extra storage in the hallway.
Suite 302 – is available to sublet.
Suite 303 – is a bright attic level office with extra storage and views of the gardens.
Sublets – are furnished, and can be rented 1-2 days per week by primary lease holder.
Community Room – is available by the hour, 8am – 9pm 7 days per week.

Shared Resources—to encourage & facilitate collaboration among providers, including sharing knowledge, space, advertising, & easy referrals. A shared website with a page for each provider. Regular consultation and group meetings to keep us all up-to-date on the latest in services and providing excellent care.
Independent Practices—to support independent providers in a collaborative environment with many common resources.
** Rainbow Health Center Professionals are registered under some type of licensing or oversight board, have or have ability to obtain a business license, liability and renters insurance. Associate level “externs” are welcome.
