I am a counseling Graduate student doing a counseling Practicum at the Rainbow Health Center
I have a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis on Psychology and Sociology, and chose programs as an undergraduate focused on Psychology and Social change as well as History of marginalized populations. During my time at the Evergreen State College, I did a 1-year internship at the Student Wellness Center counseling office. I am working on my Master of Art in Clinical Counseling from Saint Martin’s University program where I acquired skills in various forms of therapy methods, to work with youth, families, couples and group therapy, counseling assessment, and psychology in social change.

I provide judgement-free support and client-centered methods. My goal is to be a witness to my clients" discovery and healing, self-efficacy and self-advocacy. I provide Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Anti-Oppression work. Past clients have been LGBTQ+, clients of color,family and children(12-17),couples and military and I have the skills to provide my services to a wide population.
My services are of no cost to clients.
